Stay ahead of the competition with 6 hours of PERFECT SKATING ESSENTIALS
PROGRESSION SKATING:
Perfect Skating Skills is the foundation of beginning to understand the purpose and meaning of Joint Mobility and Stability while maintaining essential Body Positioning and Flow in your movement of the skating stride.
Beginning with the perfect OHS your player will be explosive and more powerful off the line. With the additions of perfect COS your player will be able to move with the games transitions more efficiently. Ultimately your player will be Faster, Stronger and will increase their Mobility and Flow while recognizing real in-game movement patterns.
SMALL AREA MOVEMENT SKILLS DEVELOPMENT:
75 - 80% of the game is played in tight spaces of the Offensive or Defensive Zone. Edge work, Mobility and Quickness are key essentials to winning loose puck battles creating scoring changes or defence transitions and escapes.
Your Player will create Time and Space, Puck Protection, Body Positioning and Evasive Skating Skills. Ultimately you player will be Quicker, More Agile and be Tight Space Dominant while understanding how to Anticipate and Dictate the play

** Should your athlete want to participate in multiple programs, payment plans are available upon request **
In the event a Player is unable to attend a Program, it is the responsibility of the Athlete to issue written notice to Perfect Skating along with a Doctor's note PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM. He/she will receive a Credit for their full amount paid less a $25 administration fee. Credit may be used for any Program within one (1) full calendar year and is non-transferable.
