Program Outline
Movement. Skill. Map. Transfer. Our Elite Player Development Program focuses on detailed preparation resulting in positive transfers to Game Performance. Today’s athlete is looking for personal coaching to improve their game, an inspiring mentor to maintain confidence and a trusted connection for increased personal feedback outside of their coaching staff.
While athletes continue to Perfect their Movement and Skill Sequences during weekly sessions, each athlete is assigned a Personal Coach who is entrusted to provide the ultimate feedback in each athlete’s performance through a personal, custom and connected approach using mediums such as Player Profiling, Video Analysis, Electronic DATA Collection and often just giving their athlete a big Hug or High Five of encouragement!

This program gives you the ability to track your personal development over time and see how you stack up against your peers. That means every stride, every drill, and every shift becomes part of your growth story—and your competitive edge.
NOTE: Each Player in the Elite Player Development Program will receive an electronic performance analyzing device that will collect real performance data every time they hit the ice! Including every game and practice they have with their own team! This will also capture in game video of each player for analyzing their performance, breaking down their play and will provide real time data to our Perfect Skating KWC Coaching Team to recognize area's for improvement within your players game!

Your Perfect Skating KWC Coach will review all the DATA collected and provide individual feedback to each player. We will highlight ALL the Positives and discuss areas of needed development and how we will approach our sessions to help improve those platforms of your game.

**We do our best to maintain this schedule however this is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
**We offer up to 2 make up skates for players having to miss any on ice sessions for any reason.
Please Note: This is an Elite Specialized Program with very limited space so please contact us regarding registration details and Player investment.
** Should your athlete want to participate in multiple programs, payment plans are available upon request **
In the event a Player is unable to attend a Program, it is the responsibility of the Athlete to issue written notice to Perfect Skating along with a Doctor's note PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM. He/she will receive a Credit for their full amount paid less a $25 administration fee. Credit may be used for any Program within one (1) full calendar year and is non-transferable.
