PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

PERFECT SKATING PROGRAM

The BUILDING BLOCK of all On-Ice Movement. The Perfect Skating Program is Power Skating Evolved having been developed from a kinesiological basis. It is a series of isometric platforms designed to enhance kinetic on-ice feel while discovering asymmetries in movement performance. With focus on JOINT MOBILITY, JOINT STABILITY and WHOLE BODY ALIGNMENT, the Perfect Skating Program is built for ALL PLAYERS to produce MOVEMENT EFFICIENCY while adding the performance GAINS OF INCREASED SPEED AND AGILITY.

The Perfect Skating Program is a must for all players to produce quality on-ice movement. It is the program of choice for foundational joint functionality, muscle activation, micro limb mapping and proprioceptive reception. It truly is the BUILDING BLOCK OF ALL ON-ICE MOVEMENT

PROGRAM INVESTMENT:

$650 + HST

** Should your athlete want to participate in multiple programs, payment plans are available upon request **
In the event a Player is unable to attend a Program, it is the responsibility of the Athlete to issue written notice to Perfect Skating along with a Doctor's note PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PROGRAM. He/she will receive a Credit for their full amount paid less a $25 administration fee. Credit may be used for any Program within one (1) full calendar year and is non-transferable.
